SAN DIEGO - County sheriff's deputies are seeking the public's help in locating a man missing since last December.
San Diego County Sheriff's said Brian Gregory Smith, 70, disappeared following his departure from an Escondido rehabilitation facility in December 2016. He was last seen on Dec. 21.
Family members reported Smith missing in late Jan. 2017. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Smith had been living in Encinitas and frequents the North County area. He does not have a permanent address, or a car, according to SDSO Lt. Ken Nelson.
