SAN DIEGO - Crews are working to fix a water main break at Oregon Street and Meade Avenue in North Park.
According to city water officials, a 16-inch diameter water main broke at about 4 p.m. near Garfield Elementary School.
The water was shut off at about 5 p.m. and about 20 customers are without water.
Crews will be working on repairs through the night. Water service is expected to be restored by 10 a.m. Wednesday.
The cause of the break is under investigation.
