County Gas Prices Continue To Rise

Price Has Increased 19 Cents Over Past 25 Days

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County rose four-tenths of a cent today to $3.868, the 22nd increase in 25 days.

The average price has increased 19.2 cents over the past 25 days, including nine-tenths of a cent on Sunday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 5.8 cents more than one week ago, 16.6 cents greater than one month ago and 6.7 cents above what it was one year ago.
