The sold-out Identity Festival 2012 Concert will include Porter Robinson, Bingo Players, DATSIK, Nero, Madeon, Audrey Napoleon, DJ Hardwell, Wolfgang Gartner and Paul Van Dyk. The show is scheduled to start at 2 p.m. and end at 11 p.m.
Heavy traffic was expected on southbound Interstate 805 approaching the Main Street exit, and on surface streets near the area.
Chula Vista police advised concertgoers to circle around the heaviest choke point via Interstate 5 to Route 905, and then Interstate 805 north back up to Main Street. The South Bay Expressway, or state Route 125, was another alternate route to the amphitheater suggested by police.
Cricket Wireless Amphitheater reportedly has 9,468 chair-back seats and an additional 10,024 lawn seats.
