SAN DIEGO - For the fourth election in a row, the scientific 10News poll has proven to be the most accurate.
U-T San Diego's final mayoral poll before Tuesday's election showed City Councilman Carl DeMaio ahead of Rep. Bob Filner by 10 points.
However, the scientific 10News poll showed Filner in front by 4 points -- just one point off from the actual results.
Filner won by 3 percentage points.
