CHULA VISTA, Calif. - A 48-year-old disabled man who disappeared from his Chula Vista home for about 15 hours was found safe and reunited with his family on Sunday, police said.
Heriberto Tari was spotted by passersby at about 2:30 a.m. near University and Park avenues in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego who called police.
Police had asked for the public to keep an eye out for Tari, who had disappeared from his South Chula Vista residence about 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
