Two gunmen robbed a convenience store in National City early Monday morning.

The two armed men walked into the 7-Eleven in the 3100 block of East Plaza Boulevard wearing hooded sweatshirts and bandanas over their faces just after 2 a.m.

The pair demanded cash and scratcher lottery tickets from the two clerks.

One clerk was held with a gun pointed to his head, while the other was ordered to fill a duffle bag.

The two men were last seen running south on Harbison Avenue.

According to National City police, the robbery was caught on at least five different cameras. Surveillance footage is currently being reviewed by police.
