SAN DIEGO - Residents in Rolando are cleaning up Tuesday after a car plowed into a fire hydrant creating an approximately 100-foot geyser that flooded streets.
The crash occurred around midnight on 67th Street just north of El Cajon Boulevard.
Water from the massive and powerful geyser hit power lines and flooded the streets.
One resident said the roar of the water was so loud, it woke him up.
Suhail Khalifeh told 10News his garage was muddy and filled with water.
