A Chula Vista boy was stabbed in the neck in a gang- related attack in Terralta East Sunday, San Diego police said.

Two boys, both from Chula Vista, were walking along Highland Street about 3:10 p.m. when two suspects in their 20s asked them where they were from, meaning what gang, according to police.
