SAN DIEGO - A 13-year-old is in a hospital Thursday morning after he was found at a City Heights playground.

The incident was reported at 7 p.m. Wednesday at a jungle gym in the City Heights Community Recreation Center.

A source told 10News that the teen was seen wandering around and that he passed out.

When police arrived at the scene, they determined that the child appeared to be intoxicated and requested for paramedics.

He was taken to Rady Children's Hospital. His condition is non-life threatening
