SAN DIEGO - San Diego Chargers fans weren't knocking down doors for any Black Friday bargains, even after the team store at Qualcomm Stadium promised a 15 percent discount on everything in the store.
10News was there when the store opened at 10 a.m., but no one was waiting in line.
"It was supposed to open at 10. Where's all the people? Where's all the deals? That's what we want to know," said Chargers fan Debbie Hartman of Rancho Bernardo.
Hartman was there with her daughter to get a deal on some Chargers sweaters. They didn't find any competition. In fact, for about 15 minutes, they had the entire store to themselves.
"I'm not used to that. It's been a while since we've lived in San Diego," said Cindy Hopkins, who showed up a few minutes later and was disappointed by the lack of people in the store.
Hopkins flew in from Redding with her family for the Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens. She will be one of the fans who will be able to see the game.
The game was not sold out, and under NFL rules it will be blacked out in the San Diego television market.
