Authorities seek public's help finding missing Spring Valley woman

SPRING VALLEY, Calif. - The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in finding a mother of two who has been missing for more than three weeks.

Selina Salgado, 21, was last seen on April 5 when she left her Spring Valley home in the early morning hours. She has two small children and is a tattoo artist.

Salgado is described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds. She has long brown hair and brown eyes but occasionally wears green contacts.

She also has with multiple tattoos including roses with a hummingbird and bumblebees on one of her forearms.
