OCEANSIDE, Calif. - A lockdown at Oceanside High School prompted by an anonymous call to police has been lifted.
Oceanside police said they received an anonymous call just before 2 p.m. from a person who threatened to go to the campus on Pirates Cove Way with a gun.
Officers were dispatched to the school shortly after, and school officials locked down the campus as part of the investigation.
The lockdown was lifted about 30 minutes later, but no further details have been released.
