Moviegoers, rejoice -- this Sunday, AMC Theatres will be giving out popcorn for free.
On July 31, members of AMC's Stubs rewards program can receive a free large popcorn at any AMC theater location in the U.S.

Those who are not Stubs members can sign up for the new, free AMC Stubs Insider membership at any AMC location to receive a free large popcorn.
The company says any existing Stubs members are automatically upgraded to the new Stubs Premiere program and can get a free popcorn on Sunday.

According to AMC, their theaters could end up giving away 325 million kernels of popcorn this Sunday.
