SAN DIEGO - An accident involving three vehicles and an airport shuttle bus injured five people and shut down multiple lanes near Lindbergh Field early Thursday.
The crash was reported at around 6 a.m. on the westbound lane of North Harbor Drive.
Five people have been transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
At least two lanes were shut down on North Harbor Drive.
