A woman who got into a car crash in Palm Beach, Fla., said her breast implants saved her life.

Cheryl Klein’s car flipped over when she hit a car battery in heavy traffic.

A paramedic who witnessed the crash helped Klein until an ambulance arrived.

Emergency room doctors told Klein the implants absorbed most of the shock to her body.

Klein is doing fine following the accident.
