SAN DIEGO -- An El Cajon kitten may be headed for the record books.Heed, a 9-week-old kitten, is only 3 inches tall and weighs just 1.2 pounds.The kitten is so tiny he's expected to win a place in the Guinness Book Of World Records soon.
Heed will be full size in six to eight months and vets believe he will then be the smallest cat in the world.
