Smaller Version Of PB Block Party Voted Down

SAN DIEGO -- The Pacific Beach Town Council voted Wednesday not to hold a smaller, revised version of the PB Block Party this year.

Noise, traffic problems and rowdy behavior had turned many Pacific Beach residents against it in recent years.

A coalition of community groups opposed holding the smaller version called the PB Street Fair scheduled for next month.
