Dailey To Be Arraigned On Murder Charges
A Santee man accused in the 1997 murder of his estranged wife is back in San Diego to face charges.
James Dailey (pictured, left) surrendered to authorities in Indiana last month. Authorities brought him back to San Diego Sunday, 10News reported.
Dailey is accused of killing 29-year-old Lupe Dailey. Her body has never been found.
Court documents say that James Dailey told several co-workers that he wanted to kill his wife.
He will be arraigned on murder charges Tuesday.
