SAN DIEGO -- According to Health Magazine. Jan. 24 is the most depressing day of the year.The magazine says the day is a perfect storm of misery.
Credit card bills from the holidays are due, New Year's resolutions have already been broken and light levels outside are low, which is associated with seasonal affective disorder and causes people to feel as if a shadow is over them.
