NATIONAL CITY, Calif. -

National City police are searching Thursday for a group of men who they say took $5,000 worth of goods from a Macy's store.

Investigators said the burglary happened at 7:41 p.m. Wednesday at the store located in Plaza Bonita.

Police said two men entered the store and went straight to the women's section, each grabbing a  handful of clothes.

They then left the store and got into a car driven by a third person.

No one was hurt during the incident. The car was described as a silver, 2-door Honda.

Police said they are looking into whether this burglary is related to several others at Macy's stores in the area.
