10News got an exclusive look at the posh East Coast condominium that's raising new questions about U.S. Rep. Randy "Duke" Cunningham's real estate dealings.

Court records show a company linked to a bid-rigging scandal helped Cunningham finance the condo in Arlington, Va.

Coastal capital is run by relatives of a Long Island developer who pleaded guilty two years ago in a bid-rigging, bribe and kick-back scheme.

The company financed the $150,000 mortgage of Cunningham's condo, and more than $1 million dollars in mortgages for Cunningham's home in Rancho Santa Fe.

A federal grand jury is investigating Cunningham's connection to a defense contractor who bought the congressman's Del Mar home, and allows Cunningham to live on his yacht.
