A federal grand jury has ordered San Diego U.S. Rep. Randy Duke Cunningham to produce documents related to a real estate deal.

Cunningham's attorney won't specifiy which documents the grand jury is seeking.

Prosecutors are investigating Cunningham's sale of his Del Mar home to a defense contractor, for what many are calling an inflated price.

The contractor, Mitchell Wade, then resold the home taking a big loss.

Wade founded the defense firm, MZM incorporated.

The Washington Post is reporting that the Pentagon has ordered a halt in new work for MZM.

A Pentagon spokesperson said it's because of a change in procurement law.
