SAN DIEGO -- Never-before seen video was released from the City Council corruption trial, 10News reported.

The hidden FBI surveillence shows FBI informant Tony Montagna with the late Councilman Charles Lewis and Las Vegas lobbyist Lance Malone.

The video was presented by the U.S. Attorney's Office during the trial.

On the tape, you can see and hear Lewis talking to the vice squad about the city's no-touch nude dancing ordinance.

Testimony over the past eight days has focused on Montagna's secretly recorded conversations with Lewis and Councilmen Michael Zucchet and Ralph Inzunza about repealing that city ordinance.

Both men are on trial, accused of taking bribes to lessen those restrictions.
