SAN DIEGO -- Owners of a damaged Carlsbad condominium complex are worried the recent bad weather will bring more problems, 10News reported.
The hillside above the Marbella condos began sliding March 11, forcing an evacuation and a condemnation of units. The hill continues to move at least 1 inch a day, according to 10News.
Fixing the hillside won't be cheap and the condo association and the city disagree on who's at fault.City engineer Glenn Pruim said, "We're not trying to assign blame at this point in time, we just want to make sure we can stabilize it and get as many homeowners back in their homes as soon as possible."
