Skateboarder Killed While Being Towed By Brother's Car
Brother In Custody On Suspicion Of Vehicular Manslaughter

SAN DIEGO -- A skateboarder clinging to the side of a SUV driven by his brother suffered fatal injuries Tuesday when he fell off and was run over by the vehicle, 10News reported.
The accident occurred in the 8200 block of East Jamacha Road shortly before 4 p.m., according to San Diego police.Medics performed CPR on 25-year-old Cecilio Soltero at the scene, then took him to a hospital, where physicians pronounced him dead.Soltero's brother, Patrick Soltero, is in custody on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter.
