Man Wanted For Allegedly Kidnapping 7 People
Police Seeking Information Regarding Abductions

SAN YSIDRO, Calif. -- Authorities searched today for a 21-year-old man suspected of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend and six of her siblings -- crimes that occurred on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border, San Diego police said.Victor Eduardo Aguilar allegedly pulled two of the alleged victims -- boys ages 11 and 6 -- into a burgundy-colored GMC pickup truck in the 3800 block of Beyer Boulevard around 2:30 p.m. Monday afternoon, Sgt. Bill Holmes said.The boys were walking home from their San Ysidro elementary school when they were allegedly abducted by Aguilar and a second man, Holmes said.The boys are the brothers of Aguilar's former girlfriend, who was in hiding in Tijuana, Holmes said.Aguilar drove the boys across the border and forced them to tell where she was hiding, Holmes said.Aguilar found the woman at a home and kidnapped her and four other siblings, Holmes said.It was unclear whether Aguilar was armed. There has been no demand for a ransom, Holmes said.Police are looking for a GMC pickup truck with Texas license plate number 6BRV32, Holmes said. There may be a second vehicle involved, a 1998 Lincoln with Texas license plate number F37NGL.Anyone with information about the case was urged to call San Diego police at (619) 531-2317 or (619) 531-2288.
