SAN DIEGO -- A fire burning in Mexico continues to send clouds of smoke across the border into San Diego County. The fire broke out Saturday in Tecate, Mexico, about 20 miles south of the international border from San Diego's East County. There is no word yet on when it could be out or how many acres the fire has burned.
Since the winds are blowing so much smoke into San Diego, people with asthma or breathing problems may want to take precautions, such as staying indoors with the air conditioning on.
