SAN DIEGO -- A San Diego police officer won the battle to get his job back after he was fired for performing in a sexual video, 10News reported.
A U.S. appeals court ruled that Luis Acevedo was wrongly fired for selling the videos in which he is featured in a fake police uniform.Acevedo, (pictured, left), was fired three years ago after his hobby was discovered by supervisors.The court agreed Friday with Acevedo that his actions outside of the workplace were protected by the First Amendment right to free speech.
