Strip club owner Jack Galardi is suing his own son Michael Galardi, 10News reported.

The younger Galardi has already pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud for his role in the San Diego City Hall scandal.

Galardi is accused of trying to buy influence from San Diego City Council members Ralph Inzunza, Michael Zucchet, and Charles Lewis in a scheme to repeal a city ordinance prohibiting nude dancers from touching patrons.

Lewis, Inzunza and Zucchet have pleaded not guilty to charges of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

Now, Jack Galardi (pictured, left) says that his son was embezzling money from the Cheetahs Strip Club in Las Vegas, which the father and son owned together.

Michael Galardi is accused of taking more than $500,000 and investing it in another club called Jaguars.

The lawsuit asks for $1.5 million in damages.
