SAN DIEGO -- Police Sunday were looking for three people who attempted to kidnap an 11-year-old boy in City Heights.The boy was walking on the 4300 block of Orange Avenue just after 6:40 p.m. Friday when a white van pulled up next to him, said Officer David Stafford of the San Diego Police Department.A man and woman inside the van said they could give the boy a ride, and when the boy ran away from the van, the man got out and started chasing him, Stafford said.Stafford said the boy was able to outrun the man and ran home.Do you have more information about this story?
