What's Closed On Labor Day?

SAN DIEGO -- Courts and all San Diego city, county and state offices will be closed Monday in observance of Labor Day.Libraries and recreation centers in San Diego will be closed, but pools will be open. The Torrey Pines, Balboa Park and Mission Bay golf courses will be open, but holiday rates will apply.Balboa Park will be open, but all public buildings will be closed. Museums in Balboa Park that operate on Mondays will be open.San Diego County branch libraries will be closed. County parks will be open.There will be no mail delivery.There will be no garbage pickups in the city of San Diego Monday, and there will be a one-day delay in trash collection throughout the remainder of the week. Garbage and recycling collection will return to the normal schedule on Sept. 13.
