Building Assoc. Offers $25,000 For UTC Arson

SAN DIEGO -- The search for the arsonist who torched a University City condominium complex is getting a boost.
San Diego's Building Industry Association announced Monday that it will offer a $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
Crews were busy Monday clearing away rubble from the three-alarm fire that was set two weeks ago.
