SAN DIEGO -- Brenda and Damon van Dam are selling their home, from which their former neighbor, David Westerfield, kidnapped their 7-year-old daughter, Danielle, and killed her.
It has been 18 months since Westerfield entered the home at night and took Danielle. He was convicted of kidnapping and murder and sentenced to death.The van Dams are currently accepting offers on the house on Mountain Pass Road in the community of Sabre Springs.After Danielle's kidnapping and death, police removed parts of the walls and stained the the floor with evidence liquids, but that has since been repaired, according to 10News.They are asking $625,000 for the residence.
