Son Stabs Father In Back During Argument

SAN DIEGO -- A 20-year-old man was arrested early Friday after he stabbed his 47-year-old father twice in the back during an argument in the family's Valencia Park home, causing non-life-threatening injuries, police said.The stabbing in the 5300 block of Santa Margarita Street was reported at 12:07 a.m., said San Diego police Officer David Stafford.The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was expected to survive, Stafford said.
