Man Asked SDSU Student For Directions Before Touching Her Thigh

SAN DIEGO -- A man in his 20s grabbed a woman's thigh in San Diego State's main library, university police announced Thursday.The man approached the woman around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday and asked for directions before learning in and touching her thigh, according to the SDSU Police Department.University police described the suspect as a heavy set Asian or Hispanic, about 5 feet 10 inches, with dark skin and a green tattoo on his right arm.
