Men Steal Electronics From Apartment On Home Avenue

SAN DIEGO -- Four to five men forced their way into an apartment in southeast San Diego early Thursday, claiming someone at the residence owed them money, police said.No one was hurt in the home invasion robbery, which took place on Home Avenue around 1:45 a.m., said San Diego police Officer David Stafford.The men fled with several electronic items, including a laptop computer and cell phone, Stafford said.It was not immediately clear whether they were armed or only pretended to be armed by simulating weapons in their pockets.
