Mentally Challenged Teen Found Unharmed

JAMUL, Calif. -- A missing 19-year-old Jamul woman was found unharmed by El Cajon police Tuesday morning, authorities said.Brenda Luu, described by police as mentally challenged, was dropped off by her sister at a school bus stop in the 14500 block of Hidden Wood Road around 9 a.m. Monday, said San Diego County sheriff's Lt. Mike Munsey.Luu takes the bus to Valhalla High School, where she is a student, he said.Her family reported her missing when she did not come home.
