Man Robbed, Stabbed At Liquor Store

CITY HEIGHTS, Calif. -- A man was robbed and stabbed in an argument at a liquor store in City Heights, a San Diego police officer said Sunday.The victim and his attacker, both in their 50s, began arguing around 5 p.m. Saturday in a store at 35th Street and University Avenue, Officer David Stafford said. The suspect ripped money from the hand of the victim, and ran away.The victim chased the thief, and was stabbed several times in the abdomen. He suffered wounds that were not life-threatening, Stafford said.
