Garage Fire In College Area Displaces 5

SAN DIEGO -- An investigation was under way Thursday to determine what caused a garage attached to a College Area house to catch fire.The non-injury fire at 6170 Caminito Plata was reported at 11:10 p.m. Wednesday, said a San Diego fire-rescue dispatcher.Two adults and three teenagers were displaced due to the fire.
A damage estimate was pending.
