Man Killed In Crash Near Lake Hodges ID'd

RANCHO BERNARDO, Calif. -- Authorities Thursday released the name of a 24-year-old man killed in a solo-vehicle crash in Rancho Bernardo, near Lake Hodges, authorities said.A passerby discovered the wreckage in the 12400 block of Highland Valley Road around 7 p.m. Tuesday and called 911, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.The man, identified as Justin Jarrard Strathdee, lived in Escondido with his girlfriend, according to the Medical Examiner's Office.
