Man With Eyepatch Robs Credit Union

Men Robs Mission Valley Branch Of San Diego County Credit Union

A man wearing an eye patch robbed a San Diego County Credit Union branch office in Mission Valley but no one was hurt, police said.

The robbery at 2245 Fenton Parkway was reported at 5:02 p.m. Wednesday, said San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros.

The bandit walked up to a teller and presented a demand note, then left out the front door with an undisclosed amount of money, Delimitros said.

Police described him as Hispanic, in his early 40s, around 5 feet 8 and 140 pounds. He wore an eye patch, dark hoodie and blue pants, according to Delimitros.
