Mountain Lions Spotted On Iron Mountain Trails

POWAY, Calif. -- A pair of mountain lions was spotted Tuesday afternoon on the Iron Mountain hiking trails near Highway 67 and Poway Road.Christina Bidinger, a local resident who hikes the area frequently, was hiking on Iron Mountain Tuesday afternoon when she said she spotted the two mountain lions chasing a coyote down a hillside.There are mountain lion warning signs posted throughout the trail, but Bidinger said she has never seen the animals in this area before this incident.
