SAN DIEGO -- Former Miss California USA and Vista native Carrie Prejean is engaged to NFL quarterback Kyle Boller.According to published reports, Boller, who plays for the St. Louis Rams, proposed last weekend.Prejean and Boller began dating last July when they met at the Del Mar races. The pair attended a Super Bowl party held in Solana Beach last Sunday.Prejean gained national attention due to her comments regarding gay marriage during the 2009 Miss USA Pageant.
