Man Talked Off SR-15 Overpass Ledge

SAN DIEGO -- A man who threatened to jump off of an overpass on State Route 15, causing traffic in the area to be diverted, has been talked away from the ledge by authorities, according to the California Highway Patrol.The CHP had closed westbound State Route 94 east of SR-15 due to the situation.Additionally, southbound SR-15 traffic was diverted to westbound SR-94. Northbound SR-15 was been diverted to eastbound SR-94.
