Men With Guns, Uzi, Bat, Hammer Rob Home

SAN DIEGO -- A group of men armed with handguns, an Uzi, a bat and a hammer broke into a residence in Palm City Tuesday and badly beat one of the four residents before robbing everyone inside of their wallets and cell phones, police said.The home invasion robbery in the 700 block of My Way was reported at 1:19 a.m., said San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros.Four to six male suspects entered the home through an unlocked door, he said, adding that one of the victims suffered a fractured skull.
