Power Restored After Northeast SD Blackout
Up To 1,100 San Diego Addresses Were Without Power

SAN DIEGO -- A problem with underground power equipment caused a blackout that affected nearly 1,100 addresses in Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos and San Pasqual overnight.The outage occurred about 9:45 p.m. Monday, according to San Diego Gas & Electric.Service was fully restored to all the affected communities by late Tuesday morning, SDG&E reported.
