Gunman Robs North Park Walgreens

SAN DIEGO -- A gunman robbed a Walgreens drugstore in North Park early Wednesday but no one was hurt, police said.The robber entered the store at 3222 University Ave. shortly after midnight and demanded cash at gunpoint from an employee, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said.The employee complied and the man ran out of the store, headed northbound, he said.
Police described him as black, 35-40 years old, around 6 feet tall with a thin build and thin mustache. He was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeve thermal-type shirt, blue jeans and wire-rim glasses.
