SAN DIEGO -- Two state groups have launched a new Web site and e-mail campaign against San Diego hotel developer Douglas Manchester.

10News learned the groups behind the campaign are The Courage Campaign and Equality California.

Manchester angered many after donating $125,000 to fund anti-gay marriage Proposition 8.

Since January 2008, LGBT and labor union organizations have boycotted his hotels. The boycotts have cost Manchester $7 million at his San Diego Hyatt property alone.

In attempts to break the boycott, Manchester offered free conference rooms to LGBT organizations but has yet to offer an apology.
