Parkview Continues Winning Ways

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa -- After holding a 2-0 lead through five innings, the Parkview little league team exploded for 12 runs in the sixth inning, shutting out a team from Peabody, Massachusetts 14-0 in a little league world series game Sunday.Andy Rios accounted for two home runs in the inning. Starting pitcher, Luke Ramirez, struck out 11 Peabody batters in four innings of work.With the win, Parkview advances out of pool play. The next game is Tuesday against the southwest divison winner from San Antonio, Texas.
